WHAT IS THIS?!

This is the beginning of my site that's being held together by tutorials, string, and prayers. I've used neocities before, but I never bothered to take it seriously until now. The plan has always been to move one of my carrd or rentry sites to here, and I wanna at least kinda know what I'm doing beforehand.
